One-to-one nutrition counseling sessions are for individuals, couples, or families, and are customized based on your health and wellness goals.


This type of session works well for:

  • Nutrition education and coaching

  • Therapeutic nutrition to lower cholesterol or balance blood sugar.

  • Weight management

  • Food allergies and intolerances

  • Motivating clients to make lasting changes

  • Serving as an accountability partner

*All counseling sessions will be performed virtually until COVID restrictions are lifted.  In-person out-door appointments are available, weather dependent.

Meal Plans

Choose from a selection of seasonal two-week meal plans with recipes included. Using 100% whole foods, mostly gluten & dairy-free, and adaptable to meet your dietary restrictions.

Walk & Talk Coaching

Here's an opportunity to get what you need while we strategize about your plan.  A casual walk with a nutrition professional is a time to ask any questions you may have.  Perfect for the multitasker.  A follow-up email will provide requests, such as custom recommendations, snack ideas, recipes, etc.
